Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
1. Who we are
No-Nonsense Deal Tracker (“No-Nonsense,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent software product operated by Keaton Greene. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use nonsense-crm.com and the No-Nonsense Deal Tracker service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your name, email address, authentication details, support requests, and account preferences.
Deal-tracker content
We store the information you choose to add, including deals, property details, contacts, tasks, notes, dates, commission information, documents, photos, and emails or attachments you intentionally send to a deal-specific address.
Billing information
Stripe processes subscription payments. We receive limited billing information, such as customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and invoice status. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, request logs, error logs, and cookies or local storage used for authentication and core functionality.
3. Google Calendar data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, No-Nonsense requests your Google account email address and permission to create, update, and delete events on calendars you own. The current feature writes task and deadline events to your primary calendar.
We use Google data only to provide the Calendar-sync feature you request. The app stores your connected Google email address, an encrypted OAuth refresh token, and identifiers for events created by the app. These identifiers allow the app to update or remove a synced event when you edit, complete, or delete the related task.
- We do not read or analyze unrelated Calendar events for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Human access is limited to what is necessary for security, support requested by the user, compliance with law, or other uses permitted by Google policy.
No-Nonsense Deal Tracker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
We use cookies, session storage, and local storage when needed to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, and make core features work. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell browsing activity. Our hosting, security, and error-monitoring providers may create strictly necessary technical records when you access the service.
We may use limited, aggregated product metrics to understand reliability and improve the service. We do not use those metrics to identify you for advertising.
5. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the deal tracker.
- Authenticate users and keep each account’s data separated.
- Store and display the deals, tasks, files, emails, contacts, and commission information you add.
- Sync user-directed tasks and deadlines with Google Calendar.
- Process subscriptions and manage account access.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the product, including Netlify for hosting and server functions, Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage, Stripe for billing, Mailgun for deal-specific inbound email processing, and Google for optional Calendar connectivity. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and deal data while your account remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Canceling a paid subscription does not automatically delete your stored deal data.
You may disconnect Google Calendar in Settings. The app will revoke access where possible and delete the stored Calendar connection token. You may also revoke access through your Google Account permissions. To request account or data deletion, email support@nonsense-crm.com. We may retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use strong passwords and protect their account credentials.
9. Your choices and rights
You may access and update information through the service, disconnect Google Calendar, manage your subscription through Stripe, and contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights, including the right to know what information is collected, request correction or deletion, and appeal a denied request. We will verify requests before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal right.
If you are a business user entering information about another person, you are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required before adding that information to the service.
10. Children
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If our use of Google user data materially changes, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent when required.
